Watercolor Guests Portrait Experience

 
 

So you have a special occasion that you want to immortalize for everyone in Attendance?

Would you like to capture moments in real time with live watercolor portraiture? Whether you’re hosting a wedding, a corporate function, an art fair, or a party of some kind, I create elegant, expressive portraits in under 7 minutes per guest. Hi! My name is Bianca and I am beyond excited to meet you!

So How Does This Work?

  • On the day of your event, I will arrive an hour before agreed upon start time in order to meet the venue organizer, set up my work space, become familiar with the location, and be prepared to work as soon as the first guests arrives.

  • (*I work at an hourly rate, after I have set up for the event.)

  • Once the guests start arriving, I begin to take photographs of the couples or groups and proceed to work from them throughout the evening.

  • The portraits are painted in the order in which the photographs are taken, first come first served. (*Exceptions made for immediate family of the Bride and Groom)

  • I do not do duplicates until everyone who wanted an original receives one. Should there be free time towards the end of the booking, that is when duplicates can be painted upon request.

  • I paint until the predetermined booked time ends and then upon checking with the coordinator, I pack up and the water color portrait part of the evening ends.

  • Upon confirming your date, and securing the deposit, we will discuss the particular details of your event, either via email or by phone. I will be able to answer any questions and discuss any expectations you might have. After that I handle the rest and you don’t have to worry about a thing!

 

Wondrful! So what is included in the Experience?

  • All art and photography supplies (watercolor paper, watercolor paint, iPhone while being dressed in appropriate event attire)

  • I am able to paint up to 10 portraits/hr, assuming there are 2 people per portrait, or 6-8 portraits/hr if the groups are larger

  • Complimentary 1 hour for set up before your event Live entertainment for your family and friends

  • One of a kind keepsake for the attendees of your unique event

 

Perfect! So what can I expect?

  • The experience begins at $650/hr = 10 Pieces/hr (assuming 2 people per portrait) OR 6-8 portraits/hr (if the groups are larger than 2)

  • Minimum of 4 hrs per booking

  • Travel fee added depending on your event’s location. (*If you are within a 3 hr drive of the West Palm Beach area, please bring this up at booking)

  • 50% deposit upon booking, 50% final payment a week before your event

What happens if on paper we booked enough time but there were more guests than expected or the attraction was more popular than anticipated and some pieces that did not get done?

  • The goal will ALWAYS be to finish the portraits at your event so that your family and friends can take them home. In the event that there are some pieces remaining to be completed (which has happened in my experience, on occasion) there is an option to have them completed in my studio for a flat rate of $200 - $400 and mailed to you for distributions, depending on the number of pieces remaining.
